I had someone come in after mobiling this and I asked them about it. They had a star challenge to get a cinnamon dolce latte but they hate cinnamon dolce syrup. This way they still get their challenge done but get something they enjoy. I figure that’s what most of these are.

That's what happens with all those challenge orders for points because no one wants to buy a drink they don't like/want just because it gets them stars.

I had a customer ask for a mermaid drink. Told her we can’t actually make that because we don’t carry blue Gatorade. She got mad and claimed she gets it all the time. Then she asked for a dragonfruit refresher and when I asked her if she wanted it made with water, lemonade, or coconut milk she said we never asked her that before and that she didn’t want anything in it just the base but she wasn’t sure if that’s how “they always” make it. I asked her if it usually looks clear or milky and she said milky so I said “it’s probably the dragon drink” and I offered to remake it if it was wrong. She precedes to have the same conversation over again with the pink drink and then she changed the sizes she wanted them at least 5 times. She pulls up to the window and starts going off because they weren’t what she wanted and asks to have a different barista take her order which I was happy to do. Then she had the next barista change her order midway through making them. I honestly think she just got embarrassed that I told her we didn’t make the mermaid drink after she’d claimed she gets them every time. She had a car full of other girls and I think she was trying to punish us for her getting caught in a lie but she just made herself look really confused and dishonest
