My ex is letting his coworker and his girlfriend rent a room in his house and it’s the reason we broke up and they will both get fired if their job finds out about it because he’s his direct supervisor. I tried to tell him it wasn’t a good idea but he didn’t listen and now the guy is nasty, noisy, making trouble at home and at work, he doesn’t always pay him as agreed and his girlfriend is satan

I strongly discourage rooming with coworkers or best friends. Nothing makes you hate somebody more than living with them. *speaking from experience here*

3 of mine live together but their availability is wildly different so they don't really work together all that much. They also aren't "friends" really, just roomates. They all have separate friend groups and only occasionally hang out together. If you are close with the person, don't do it.

I can’t imagine doing that. That’s just spending WAY to much time together and it would cause issues
