What the actual hell? “For the partners protection”?! That’s actually the biggest bunch of crap I’ve ever heard.

I can however say that Rossann is claiming that Workers United is “blocking entrances and exits, making threats, yelling profanities, and surrounding a store and pounding on the windows to physically bully partners inside, in retaliation for not supporting Workers United’s organizing drive”.
They’re trying to shift the focus from their union busting efforts and make Workers United the bad guy. Gaslighting, in other words.
The company’s actions are textbook abusive relationship stuff. It’s insane.”

Starbucks is filing a suit against Workers United for allegedly coercing partners into voting to unionize.
Long story short, it's a corporate fuck-you bc workers united has filed 90 claims against Starbucks for inproper conditions / unlawful firing / etc
So now they're trying to make workers united the big bad enemy
