I’ve never seen my manager wearing an apron because I’ve never seen my manager work on the floor. I know she loves wearing yoga pants and Uggs, though.

Interested to hear why your SM’s aren’t ever on the floor with y’all. Maybe she worked another day part? Or is she never on the floor? Because mine does pretty regularly actually. And if we are short staffed , she hops on from her non coverage (she wears black aprons)

My manager is a 321xxxxx partner. If she wears an apron it’s definitely a green one. And I say *if* she wears an apron because she is never on the floor with us.

our manager is always on the floor unless she has other work to do, so it’s wild to hear some of y’all’s prefer to sit in the back all day 💀💀 she usually wears a black apron, but sometimes she’s feelin the green look too.

I wear a black apron. My DM wears a green one.

She's only on the floor for about an hour a week & the whole time she chatting with customers or interrupting bar cadence to "help"...but it's black & not even branded. She ordered it off Amazon.

Green if she wears it. She will wander onto the floor to ask a shift a question, realize we are drowning, and then help without an apron for however long it takes to settle or she has to be in a meeting.

Green, she's only been with Starbucks since early 2019.
We only have one person that has a black apron and it's a barista that self demoted but has been with Starbucks for 8ish years.

Mine has black and green and does occasionally jump on the floor (he was our opening manager yesterday)

Only ever seen them wear green (I’ve gone through 3 managers at my store in the past 2 years)

If my manager isnt on the floor, like if shes sitting down at one of the tables doing admin work or something, she wont wear an apron but if shes on the floor, definitely wears a green one that says "store manager" stitched into it with her name as well. My manager is pregnant and shes having her baby on may 25th or 26th and shes still on the floor sometimes. She plans on working up until she has to go to the hospital to give birth.
