listen, I love this job and I do plan on staying 1 day month for some of the non-full-time benefits but the reality is - I’m going to college to work in the mental health field and eventually i need to get some sort of part-time work in my job field.
At what point could I drop down from full-time to part-time but still have the college benefit? Like my last semester?

You only need 20 hours a week.
It depends on the type of shifts you work. You could be a psych tech and work 3 12’s a week and still be able to have bennies with Sbux. There’s even a reduction of hours needed to qualify for bennies, which is nice.
