without going into details, i was separated recently, the stated reasons for separation are completely unfounded and unjust, and i have evidence of this. i have people who are backing me up and we’ve all made reports along with me sending in an appeal. will this actually work, or am i stuck with a corrupt SM/DM and partner resources won’t be able to fix it or reinstate me?

i rely on this job for my survival and had upcoming surgery scheduled that was being covered by the supplemental healthcare policy.
