ive been at my store for a uear always worked really hard and super close to winning poq this quarter i did win but she threw away all the votes i got because i applied to be a shift at another store and my first day of training there is 4/25 and poq ends on 4/26 does that make me ineligible to be poq at my store that i worked essentially the entire quarter at or

Not sure if that would make you ineligible however, POQ is not decided by whoever gets the most votes. The “votes” are technically just nominations and the SM gets the final say for who wins. There is really no way you can fight this.
