How do I make a mobile order sticker jump the line? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I know there's a way to make a mobile order sticker print ahead of the rest if someone shows up and we haven't gotten to their order yet without having to just pull all the stickers to get to theirs. Does anyone here know how to do it? I know we had computer training for it, but it was forever ago and I've never actually done it.

On the DPM app on the ipad, make sure you're in standard view with mobile orders visible, then tap the "received" filter, find the order, and swipe right on it
unfortunately doesn't always work, like for orders with drinks and food where the food stickers have already printed, the whole order will already be marked as "in progress" but you can still read off the screen to make the drinks without pulling all the other stickers

There’s an app on the iPads where you can look at all of the orders in the q, it’s the dpm app but other than that I’m not sure if you can actually move the order of the stickers printing

I don't know if it's still applicable, but there was a time not too long ago that we could move tickets to the front of the line if someone showed up for their order before we had pulled their sticker. It was supposed to be so we.wouldnt have to pull all the stickers in order to get to the one we needed.

You can slide the order as it appears on the DPM and force print it that way.
