It’s when your manager going in to the system and puts when you write times in the book, like the iPad wasn’t working to clock in or something. So yes you can accept them. I don’t know if it’s necessary to accept them or not.

It’s not necessary. It’s a function there for visibility because if they do something fishy in payroll (big yikes if they do) you can dispute it and talk to them
