Had my SSV interview on Thursday and I was wondering how long it will take to hear back. My SM said that they had to have the job listing up for a certain amount of time. Is that true? (self.starbucksbaristas)

This is true. They allow anyone to apply within the company and outside of it. I believe ours was open for 2 weeks, but before my interview it had been up for the first of two weeks. My best guess would be look into indeed and see when the job was listed for your store!
Edit: I ended up getting the job and found out 2-3 days after the application window closed

So I checked indeed and the job listing isn’t there anymore. I’m assuming that’s good news? Sorry if that sounds silly I just woke up.
