I don’t know where you are, but ASM’s in the Midwest start at $45,000 or about $21.63/hr. For a long time they were telling us there was no set differential between SSV & ASM because they determined ASM pay off of different things. Now they’re saying it should be 20% more than an SSV as of a few weeks ago.
So, once that raise this summer goes into effect for baristas and SSV’s and the base pay for SSV goes to $19.05, ASM’s should be making at least $22.86/hr (if I can do math correctly) or roughly $47,500/yr.
Right now they’re saying ASM’s are only getting a $1,200 raise this summer, so $46,200.
Soooo…. 🙃

It’s an hourly salary, it’s not going to be anywhere online, and you can try and negotiate the pay. Without going into too much detail think more 40% or more of a jump

Minimum federal salary is current 45,000. Assume Starbucks is cheap so we’ll say 48,000 with bonuses, which comes out to ~$23 an hour. Less than many SSV’s! Hope this helps answer your question. Depending on the area ASM’s can make more than this but 45-55k is the standard range (generally on the lower end).
