When are tips split among baristas? What if im not there when they split them, do I not get any? I only work on weekends right now

We do ours on Tuesday and they’re split by hours worked. If you worked any hours, and your store got tips, you get a cut. There’s a print out you can ask for with how much you’re entitled too

I do have to ask to pick them up. No one just gives them to me. Sometimes I forget and have a few weeks to pick up when I remember.

Yep u just ask a manager or a shift on duty for ur tips. My store has a paper with all the baristas names on it and the info on how much they made in tips to the right of it and we have to initial it whenever we grab our tips out to show that we did grab our tips and it was the right amount
