hey yall,

I just started last week and feel like I've got the hang of things for the most part, I just have a couple embarrassing noob questions that I'm frankly too afraid to ask in person at this point

are we supposed to pump liquid cane sugar into the shaken iced teas?

are we supposed to pump classic syrup into the iced coffees?

Aww I’m sure ur doing great! I see your questions have already been answered but I wanted to say don’t be afraid to ask questions!! I’ve worked at Starbucks for a while and always have to ask how many shots go in a tall americano lol. You are still learning!

you’ll get used to the communication aspect quickly don’t worry, when i first started i was too shy to even say “excuse me” :’) i would just stand behind people and wait for them to move. but communication is a huge part of the job and after 7 months i still have to ask some questions

Ice tea recipe was changed about a year ago, default is unsweetened.
