i know. we get really busy considering were the busiest starbucks in my city. dont worry though, we take it back at night to clean it :)

You are really busy and can't maintain your station but have time to pull out your phone and take a picture? Come on. Food safety!! Are you saying that doesn't get wiped down during daily operations? I bet there are some fun surprises hidden at this store.

okay. sorry to get you worked up. we're having a major shortage and our paying customers are far and few between, so yes, i had time to take a picture. we do clean plays weekly and clean all dishes every night. what you see here is just what occurred from opening to that moment. when we arent busy, stuff is constantly wiped down and cleaned. i assure you our store is clean.

Lmao that is a scene that has been seen at my store a few times. Never happened to me tho but i have seen it happen to my coworkers. Sometimes they drop the whole bottle in the drink by accident 🤣 and sometimes that bottom metal part just falls in. Hasn't happened alot but I've definitely seen them happen a few times

Sad that the refresher bases, oatmilk, and peach juice seem to be so short in most if not all locations. Not sure about the white mocha but it's definitely gone in our location too. We'll all get through this eventually-- even if we lose some caramel drizzle along the way! Hang in there!

yep! we havent had white mocha for a few days & our caramel drizzles are running low. i'd be surprised if we still have some.
