Hello all,
I am the manager at "We Proudly Serve" Starbucks in a hotel. I worked for corporate in the past and have trained my team to the same standards as Starbucks.
We are a high volume store in the summertime. I recently went to a Starbucks drive thru and saw that they kept their strawberry açaí and lemonade in 2 separate Toddy's. I really want to bring this into our cafe, but am not sure of the details. If your store does this, what is the shelf life (when it's kept at room temp)?

We just batch cubes of açaí at this point. We’re lucky if a full Curtis lasts an hour in the mornings… cubes are dated, we clean Curtis every night just like ice coffee

refreshers are 72 hours, i believe lemonade is 48. both can be stored on the shelf now instead of in the fridge
