Im a 368 and I started at the beginning of January. My store got a new manager and she's been trying to dissolve the cliquey nature of my store.

We recently got three new hires within the last two months and I noticed that they were getting a lot more bar time and a lot more respect from two of my ssv. On the other hand I've been put on pos every day, I'd be lucky if I even got to look at the bar. I am so tired of the emotional labour of waking up and having to force interactions on people. I just want to steam milk and shake liquids. My shifts are 85% pos and at this point it feels personal. People who don't like being on bar are planted there, and I've been on pos all day. What am I even supposed to do about it???
