The newest ones are 368, but out of order - it was still 321 in February / March, and I've never seen a 322-367.

The newest numbers start with 3 but are 8 digits instead of 7. The decision was made to move up to 8 digits because of the rapid turnover we began to experience over the last 2+ years.

I never understood how changing the numbers was supposed to address that? Did they explain why in greater detail, or was it just so partners couldn't as easily determine how quickly people were deciding to leave?

Never did hear or read a reason. My best guess is they did it because once a number is assigned it is never reused, so they didn't want to give up a bunch of numbers to the constant exodus. Possibly if they ever stem the flood they might go back.

I heard they’re not in order anymore after The Glitch happened and it jumped from 301xxxx to 321xxxxx. We were at 321 and went to 368 for some reason
