I personally apologize for the attitude, but I’m writing this in part because of the treatment I’ve gotten from customers- I would super appreciate it if TT Barista’s stopped making my life harder. I don’t get paid enough for my time and Starbucks as a corporation does not give out enough labor for me to have to spend 5 minutes on a singular drink. Especially when I get lip back and have to deal with overly righteous people, whom dont work at starbucks, insulting me or my baristas while they are on bar and trying their best to complete some of their ridiculous requests. You literally have to stop production, and time that would be sequencing other drinks is ruined by what’s going on with an overcomplicated drink. Order off the menu with 3 max customizations or just admit you don’t like Starbucks drinks. I wish Starbucks only allowed a certain amount of customizations to be made, because once people started cranking out these crappy drinks, I stopped wanting to be apart of the corporation altogether.

I had someone also ask for a strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino but they didn’t tell me how to make it and just showed me a picture🙄 i told them i’m gonna need more than that because that isn’t on our menu and i haven’t seen that tiktok they got upset 😐

someone the other day tried to order a "matcha pink drink" which is a relatively normal tiktok drink but they told us it was "on your website" like?? no?? maybe it's on the internet but starbucks doesnt actively advertise tiktok drinks tf. another one recently, i dont even remember what it was called but we told them we didnt know what that was and they didnt even have the recipe so. too bad for them i guess.

Bruh we had a woman who would come in with a BINDER. A BINDER OF PRINTED RECIPES AND WE NEVER HAD LIKE HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS IN THEM. Her kids were little taints too

I always tell people that they have to either have the exact recipe written down for me to put in or tell me the recipe. I can't believe you had the patience to watch a tiktok video for a drink order. I would have told them that I wasn't allowed to watch videos while on the clock unless they are assigned to me by corporate. Wanna order drinks that take 5 minutes to make each? I'll take my time taking those orders to make sure they are just right. (:

They got upset at me for not knowing what a midnight mocha frappe was and drove past drive thru with “a never mind” clearly upset , it’s okay go to another Starbucks like you said all because I asked to explain the modifiers situation i could actually care to get your drink wrong .

I can guarantee that most TikTok baristas don't work at high volume Starbucks Locations or work at licensed locations which is why they have the time to make the drinks that they do and record it. I had someone once come to my store and ask for a blue refresher, which is something that popped up on my for you page months prior but when I saw it, the drink was made of urnex and I told the customer as much. I decided to look it up after my shift and I saw that the drink was being made with mango dragon fruit lemonade no inclusions and cool blue flavor Gatorade
