Milk to the top black line and regular ice because they did not ask for light ice. Make it to standard.

In that 2mm gap under the line. They didn't ask for light ice, they're not getting it. 🤣

Some people dont kno wat a certain amount of pumps looks like. I guarantee they had no idea that 12 pumps would look like that lol show them the cup and point to the top black line and be like "is this much milk ok?" Lol some people have no clue wat it looks like with X amount of pumps
Due_Lock_4867 [OP] 19 points 1y ago
They order this every day 😅😬
Responsible_Snow7109 9 points 1y ago
Lol well it is a mobile order so i was guna say i hope they, atleast once, have seen how that looks like while ur makin it before the milk is put in but yea its a mobile lol so they probly have no idea how far up the cup all their chai pumps go up to 😬 thats alot lol i mean almost a hair line amount of milk is wat they get if they do that. Give em ur container and pump with the chai in it. Just put their drink order sticker on the chai container with pump and put that along with all the mobile orders 🤣

for me this means you’re getting enough ice that when you look directly down through the lid you can tell, yep, there’s ice, and no more
djk1101 8 points 1y ago
I just put milk up til the decaf line cause most people don’t think you need to emphasize light ice. More often than not, people don’t know that they should put light ice because they think all that stuff can fit in normally. Not gonna disagree with anyone who makes it standard tho.
Roscop7391 7 points 1y ago
Ahhh on top of the ice. There will be a little room.
[deleted] 5 points 1y ago
this is such an underrated comment, this is probably the way!! we all know milk before ice is standard in this case, but you could probably fit juuust enough almond milk for this custy on top of the ice, using whatever room you leave in the cup. otherwise, they really are getting that hair-thin line of almond milk…

honestly a me order i love chai so much
Joranaxis 3 points 1y ago
I can very obviously an eighth of an inch for the milk /s

(Seriously tho in situations like this I just give them light ice even if they didn’t ask for it. Maybe that’s wrong but it’s what I’ve always done 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️)

We just had someone ask for a venti hot chai with more chai than milk. They don't want it to taste like milk they want it to taste like chai. Like at that point why order a chai latte. If you just want chai just get a brewed chai
galaxydisco17 1 points 1y ago
Probably because some stores don't sell brewed Chai. My store doesn't.
deeciphered 2 points 1y ago
I didn't know this!
galaxydisco17 1 points 1y ago
In the weekly update , I believe it was last yest, it told us it was discontinued. We've been out of it since last year.
ZombieLlamaSlays 2 points 1y ago
We have a regular that gets 24 pumps of chai in a venti cup no ice topped with heavy cream 🤢.
galaxydisco17 2 points 1y ago
To the black line, that'd what I do.
mewwissa 2 points 1y ago
That is….foul
Necessary_Low939 1 points 1y ago
They only one a centimeter of milk because they didn’t ask for light ice.
