So far such a terrible experience at my location (self.starbucksbaristas)

Been at starbucks for about 4 months honestly the first 2 months were fine but now I'm starting to see the real part of it
Over the past month one of my Co-worker has been EXTREMELY toxic towards me and other workers
I do the right thing and tell the manager and after telling the manager 3 times what does she do? Absolutely nothing
Day later I was working evening shift was told my manager actually "lightly" hit one of my co-workers because I guess she told the manager to get front counter because she was busy making drinks
So next day I tell my district manager whats been going on and so far She hasn't done anything either
All the shiftys have complained as well to the district manager
This is by far the worst management I've ever worked for
I don't get paid enough to even put up with this bs

Absolutely take this to HR or Ethics and Compliance. This is EXTREMELY unfair and disrespectful treatment to you all.
Not much you can do about the coworker, unfortunately. I would focus on getting that manager out of there. She sounds like a real piece of shit. Hopefully when your store is under new management, that coworker will get the boot.

Step over the DM & contact their boss.
Starbucks is fun when you don’t have toxic people working with you. Or you can always transfer to a different store too, there is nothing wrong with that.
