someone mobile ordered almost this exact drink the other day. i wasn’t sure if they wanted it iced because it didn’t specify iced but i put it in a hot venti cup… she came to pick it up and asked me to put it in a cup with ice🥴

That's what I did, but the lady that picked it up left it in the hot cup.

Edit: especially since the espresso macchiato is usually made hot.

She was getting it for someone else, so we were both confused. She said "I hope they like it since they got it for free and I ordered what was on the screenshot they sent me"

Lol someone once asked me for a large double espresso macchiato. So i said "if i put it in a venti cup, theres guna be a lot of room in there" and they didnt understand and settled for me putting it in a smaller cup. Why do people order things without knowing wat it is? Why dont they just ask instead of assuming?

I made it to the recipe for espresso macchiato, put it in a venti cup with the scoop of foam, and sccf.

Funny thing about it the person that came to pick it up (she was really nice and understanding)said it was for someone else and even she didn't know what she wanted. When she saw how much it filled up, she asked if I could just put it in a smaller cup, I put it in a tall. She gave me a $6 tip for it. I'm not really supposed to take tips but with how things been, and I was by myself, I took it.

It was a mobile order, we do charge.

I didn't have the time to take a photo of the actual drink or sticker so I printed the receipt for the order to take a photk.

I don't know why it didn't show it on the receipt.
