We had a customer like this.. When our previous SM started, this Karen came in asking for her CM to be made in a trenta. I told her we don't make espresso drinks in trenta cups and made her drink in a venti and sent her on her way. Fast forward a week and I get to deal with her again and guess what.. She orders her CM in a trenta cup. I proceed to remind her that we already had this discussion and we don't make espresso drinks in trentas so she tells me that she had spoken to the manager and that we were to make an exception for her. 🤬🤬 I ended up having to grit my teeth for a year and a half making this bitch's CM in a trenta until this SM transferred to another store. First day with our new SM I told Karen as I handed her her CM and she was about to complain '[SM] is no longer here, we have a new SM and we will be following standards therefore I will no longer be making your CM in a trenta. Have a nice day.' She hasn't been back. 😄
