I have a customer, very nice BTW, who gets a venti IC with 17C, 17CL, X half & half, and light ice, everyday. She actually graduated from a grande with 12C, 12CL, X half & half, light ice.
I don't know how she drinks it. When she first went up in size she was doing 18/18 but went down to 17/17 because 'it was a little too sweet'. 🤦😂

Not graduated 😂 but I genuinely still don’t understand how people can tell the difference. I would think at some point, it’s just too sweet anyway

Thats a good point lol theyre only getting a small amount of coffee so why pay for a venti. theyre wasting money on iced coffee wen in reality theyre getting syrup with a bit of iced coffee. I swear some people ask for a ton of pumps but if they saw what just the syrups looks like in the cups, they probly would change their order lol

I find this so unbelievable I imagined the person must have mis-understood our half-pump flavor situation and wanted the equivalent of maybe 6 normal pumps? But … probably not :/

Cold brew is half pumps.. iirc iced coffee is full pumps classic as well as any added flavors

They HAVE to be taking that home and mixing that with coffee. I couldn't believe that they are drinking that straight. If you see them start drinking it you should contact the FBI, that's definitely a serial killer trait if they don't dilute it. Are they paying for it with stars or actually paying for that many pumps?
