Hey everyone! I need advice and help. I have a meeting next week with my manager. We are going to discuss me becoming a barista trainer !! I would appreciate and advice and tips to help me so this meeting goes good. I want to be well prepared for the “skills test” (I have no clue what it is yet since I didn’t have the meeting yet)

the skills test is gonna be you making a bunch of drinks to show your manager that it’s correct and up to standard (from what i’ve heard)
