I must say, this genius is not my work but something I’ve held onto as a useful tool. Yesterday’s clean play had me working on the pumps.. I knew I couldn’t be the only one who appreciates this masterpiece.

I’m super glad you like it! I don’t know how corporate would feel about it, but they should make us schemas of everything from the Hobart to the espresso machines! There is so much they leave out of training :(

I had quite a few, but I think they are outdated by now/have some contradictory info. I had pocket-sized laminated cards for my green bean trainees that included shelf-life standards, instructions on how to make beverage components, and how to perform full restocks and things. My new SM was trying to move everything to digital references on the iPad though, so I stopped making sheets. I will be transferring again soon, so maybe Ill make more if that store wants extra resources. But I’ve been investing time in name tags instead!

few years ago one of our closers would pull all the pumps apart then clean them, but then wouldn't be able to put them back together, so there would always be a bunch pump parts around in the mornings. this would've been nice to post up on the wall by the sink back then 😂
