How do I remember combination of shots and drinks for hot bar (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I’ve been working for 4 months now and I have cold bar down because it’s a 2,3,4 for everything. For all the hot bar drinks and and iced hot bar drinks it seems like it doesn’t follow any code like that. Are there any tricks to remember everything.

I just use repetition. You can make yourself a cheat sheet and keep it in your pocket and reference while working until you can remember on your own :)

Just remember that gr is always 4. Count up down from there.

Just add 1 more from cold bar and 2 for iced venti. Cold bar is 2,3,4 so hot bar is 3,4,5 (6 for venti iced) but the memorizing hot bar as grande is 4 helped me too

Ahh i wish i was at work right now cuz on the side of one of our espresso machines, we have this paper taped and it lists all hot n cold drinks for each size and the amount of shots it gets and under that, it shows how many syrups for hot and iced drinks by size. I go in tomorrow and i can DM u a pic of it if u want

Um me too please???? I used to work as a barista at a non-sbux place and there was a rigid formula and it was posted on the wall, so I got into the swing of things super fast. But today was my first day on bar and I was constantly brain freezing trying to be sure on the number of shots or pumps (or as boomers call it “squirts”)

Lol yea ive heard people call pumps of vanilla so many things. Squirts are my favorite tho lol. But yea of course ill send u the pic too wen i go in to work today 🙂
