So... our store (kroger) just got the news that the starbucks mobile ordering system is being delayed for a month due to issues with the discounts and issues with customers tipping on the app. has anyone in the Kroger starbucks received the tips given through the app? if not, where are the tips going? we weren't exactly told what happened and i was hoping to get an employee's explanation

i too work at a krobucks!!! they’ve been telling us we’ll get the system since november 2021 ;-; now they’re saying two weeks and we’re slowly getting stuff sent in about learning it 😨😨 but i have not heard anything about how they tips in the app will work

our launch was supposed to be May 27th 😭 my department manager had a meeting today about it though and that's how we found out about the tips problem!!!
