Log into partner.starbucks.com, enter “mobile app quick reference” in the search bar, and click the first result for the instructions on downloading the Partner Hours app. You’ll have to scan a QR code to set up the app, so it’s best to get the instructions on a different device. By default, the shift marketplace function on the app will only show you shifts at your own store - talk to your manager about picking up shifts at other stores.
