ASU Orientation (SCAP Partners) (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi all! 320 here with some questions concerning this upcoming ASU summer/fall session.
I won't be eligible for benefits until the Fall session and ASU went on and signed me up for an orientation course next week for the SCAP users, I was wondering if that is a charged course and I should put it off for later in the summer for when I'd be eligible to cover it or if it isn't something I need to worry about paying for?

The orientation is free! I also had mine before I was technically eligible for the SCAP. Didn’t have any charges or any other issues.

There’s an orientation for scap partners….? Do we have to do it? Just curious

ASU requires it for all online students. It’s just a one-week course with a very minimal workload, I think I did mine in a day or two! It just goes over the basics of ASU, how to navigate an online class, avoiding plagiarism, stuff like that

I called the partner support line and they made it seem like we needed to? Might be a case-by-case thing but I'm not too sure :/
