jokes aside, i feel like a lot of customers treat starbucks like a makeshift catering company, it's so rough in the mornings when we get hit with 15-30 part orders for drinks and food. it's also those customers who end up impatiently waiting at the end of the bar constantly on our ass about how their order isn't done yet; like sir, I'm not even sure you'll be able to carry this all to your car in one trip, relax

it was also a delivery sooo the uber driver picking it up was pissed cuz he was “waiting for so long” 🙄🙄🙄

We had one yell at us because we hadn't even pulled the tickets for the order when they showed up. I told them we don't get paid to make you the most money possible and if he yells at me again, we wouldn't make it when we got to it. We didn't have a working tablet, so I couldn't just cancel it.

There's been a trend of them being pushy and rude, especially recently. And I'm really over it.
I don't know how their system works, but we had gotten the order 3 minutes before they showed up, it was like a 20 item order.
