Day One: whenever I train a new hire (after the standard pleasantries) I will tell them “don’t ever lend me your pen or sharpie. It’s nothing personal….it’s just that my hands are sticky and you’ll NEVER get it back.”

You’re either on the, “all of mine have been stolen” end or the “I steal all of them” end. 😂 mine get stolen. My one coworker ended up with like 12 at home and had to fess up Bc my manager was asking where all of the “store” sharpies went that she kept in a little box in the back lmao.

Inaccurate. Starbucks baristas have no pens or sharpie because A: they set them down and they disappeared into the nether realm. Or B: your fellow coworkers “borrowed” them, and never gave them back.

Not a sbux but at our shop people lose our scissors because it’s in their apron 🤷🏻‍♀️ No one can keep track of their sharpies and they just gave us a new box 🤦🏻‍♀️ Why do that happen ?

We literally have zero excuse to lose the scissors tho, it’s on a chain but they always take it off the chains for some reason 🥲 if only we were allowed to bring our own cutting utensils
