My management every since I got hired by a different store I feel has been trying to make it my problem ever since. My manager hates me by every meaning of the word and I have been trying my best to add to the store and learn more knowledge. But I’ve been pushed to the edge by my last “ transparency” meeting where I feel like they just use it to insult me and say I’m not where I’m supposed to be. In addition a coworker of fine keeps filing complaints about me with the manager and many of them don’t have much standing but the manager will sit me down in from of the store and scold me. I’m tired of the pettiness and want to quit. But if I leave I feel like brining down the manager to hopefully give the store a chance. Starbucks may just not be for me but this manager has a special place in hell.

TLDR: manager hates me, how do I file for harassment so I can quit reasonably.
