No, LOAs are unpaid unless you're on FMLA, as far as I am aware
*edit my mistake, FMLA is a LOA and is unpaid, you would only get paid if you used sick hours/PTO. I don't think you can legally go out on FMLA while also working another job but I'm not a lawyer or anything
