I'd put it on the handoff empty and talk to them. I just input this order and a short latte with whip into my app and the latter was $1.20 cheaper. Time for a talk.

Same thing happened to me too. Venti vanilla latte but no vanilla, add white chocolate mocha. So a white chocolate mocha! She said no, “I ordered this the other day and had no problem with it”
