idk if anyone else knows about this bc no one in my store did but if you want ur matcha fully blended in u can just throw the milk and powder in the foam blender and blend like normal. it comes out soooo smooth and nice, just pour over ice

only blend it for like 3 seconds. don’t leave it for the full time. only til it’s fully incorporated

I usually make my matchas with non dairy milk and it doesn't foam as much but if u take it off early or use a spoon when u pour you should be good

Hehe I made two ventis light ice the other day with an extra scoop each. There was soo much milk it barely fit BUT it couldn’t foam up XD. It was soo smooth I wanted to try some too

Just don’t leave it on for the whole time. I do like 8 seconds and then press 3 again. Otherwise the 2% starts foaming, at least for me 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have no idea why that would happen lol, I literally get customers that request it this way. maybe the blender wasn't clean?

Probably just did it wrong. Did a side by side comparison with another barista who's been with Starbucks longer than I and we both agreed.

I definitely think I did it wrong and am too dumb to figure it out lol

u can put the ice in too and blend on three. prevents it from foaming so much but still blends well
