We got a call from a customer complaining about how we don’t automatically give out napkins and stated that “it’s honestly kind of annoying that I even have to ask for it” like hello?!? Do you seriously have nothing better to do in life that you take the time to look up our store number and call just because your too lazy to take a breath and say a couple of words?!???

ive been doin a lotta random training lately and next time tell her the company focuses on economic impact and therefore things such as napkins, straws, and stoppers are only available on request in an attempt to cut back waste. guilt trip + blame policies. like oh so u dont care ab the trees ?? 😞

Yeah this is crazy. I'd be like well it gets kinda annoying have to ask every single customer whT size drink they want because they expect mind readers or something?
