I've worn a maxi skirt to work a couple times, it gives you a lot more range of movement and overall less restriction, especially on bar. I don't think I'd ever wear anything that didn't cover the entirety of my legs, though.

Yes I've worn them a few times! They're super comfy, way better than jeans/pants. I like to wear "potato sack" maxi dresses as well. They get a little dirty for sure but I just make sure they aren't anything I care about much.

I still make sure I wear spandex shorts underneath too, just in case lol

Some coworkers and I have done dresses and skirts. We just wear leggings underneath, but it nice.

I've worn long skirts with a Tshirt and I also have dresses that I got just for working at sbux. The dresses are above knee length so I wear workout shorts under them for when I bend over.

I too hate pants and only wear skirts to work. I wear opaque tights that are about bike shorts length underneath so I don't worry about flashing anyone as i go about my tasks.

I wear midi skirts and dresses! I worry that maxi skirts will be easy to trip over when crouching to get milks, so the midi length is perfect. I always get compliments for being “dressed up” too so that’s extra nice.

I live in skirts. I usually wear midi skirts with an a-line or gathered silhouette for work, and can do anything in them. My only advice is when crouching I kinda tuck it between the back of my legs so it doesn’t hit the floor on longer skirts. It becomes habit after while. I wear tights, since I never shave and I like the coverage, but slips also are wonderful if your worried about anything flying up. But that doesn’t generally happy if your skirts long enough, which it should be with dress code requirements.

I wear skorts year round (MN). My favorites have been the 32 Below brand from Costco; generally you can find nice skorts in an athletic section of a dept store. Comfy and they have pockets.

I have some Uniqlo dresses that are knee length, lightweight, and great for work. I usually wear tights or shorts underneath. They don’t have the ones I have anymore but they usually have lots of options that work with our dress code.

Something long is definitely the way to do it. I wear a kilt sometimes, and the length is just right to not show things I don't want to show when I bend down.
