man walked through our drive thru (self.starbucksbaristas)

our Cafe is closed and we are doing drive thru/mobiles only. we have the large chalkboard stating we are drive thru only along with signs taped on all of our entrances! a man came up, looked at the sign walked past it and tried to open the door. then he stared into the store before walking away. then we hear a knock on the drive thru door and behold...it's the same man. he then ordered a coffee and we took it out to him.
I thought I was funny enough to share .
also the amount of people who can just bypass a chalkboard in front of the door then the 2 signs on the front doors to try and open the doors gives me no hope in humanity 😭

i do feel really bad for people when we go drive thru only cus it's a college town and lots of people just ride busses/walk. several times i had walked all the way somewhere just to find i couldn't actually get in and it was mildly devastating. if i had the balls (and the dt was empty) i would've done the same shit lmao

I felt bad for him bcs he was dropped off with luggage and obviously was just trying to pass time. he sat outside with his drink and an hour later a lady picked him up. a few ppl who had no cars tried coming in and we felt so bad turning them away
