Confused…if you forget one year to accept your bean stock grant do you lose all that (potential) Money of that year? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I understand how it works that every year that goes by half of your shares are vested and you can take them out but I’m curious most years I’ve been with company I remember to accept the grants but if I forgot one year would I have lost on the hundreds of dollars offered? Thanks

Yes. If you don’t accept the grants, you don’t get the shares.
