Yes report to your manager. I dunno if you'll get compensation if you didn't miss any work but I would still report it.

Always report it. If you don’t and have complications you’re on your own. At least if it’s reported Starbucks may be able to help

You really never know what seemingly minor injuries could turn out to be *major* complications later in life. Having a dated paper trail can save you a lot of headache if you ever have to backtrack for treatment or disability purposes in the future.
This isn't a little burn or scrape that we expect to happen from time to time in food service. *Something fell on your body from above your head.* You really don't want to take injuries around the head/neck/shoulders lightly.
Things like that probably shouldn't be unrestrained on top of a movable appliance anyways, but regardless of who's "fault" it is, you absolutely want to document it, and get it checked out if you can. If you report the injury and the hazard, they can't claim they didn't know it was a problem when something falls on someone else down the line.

I fell at work. I notified my manager right away, and we called Sedgewick. I wasn't going to seek treatment but went home for the rest of that shift. By that night I was in pain and not able to move my arm, and by the next morning, I was really hurting in my neck and shoulder and couldn't move my arm or turn my head well. Went to an urgent care and my shoulder was dislocated. Went to the ER and I had also herniated 3 discs in my neck. It took over a year of PT, steroid injections, and ultimately me declining to have surgery for me to reach MMI and they offered me $0 for my troubles when all was said and done, lol. So as far as compensation, maybe if you have some severe damage and feel like dragging it out in court? Otherwise they don't pay you a dime but will cover your medical expenses and gas to and from appointments.
