Just finished the 100, probably took about an hour and a half laying in bed. Starting 200 right now. Just a bunch of reading, basic baristas stuff you probably know, and small 5 question quizzes here and there. :)

100 is basically Barista Basics.
200 is basically a more advanced introduction - covers things lake C.A.F.E Practices, sourcing, roasting methods, the four fundamentals, and finishes by discussing how to get the best espresso and microfoam quality with some bonus latte art guides. You can get through it in an hour or so, but to get the most out of it you want to complete all of the assignments which include a lot of tasting, comparing, etc. My favourite was doing a taste comparison of freshly ground and week-old-ground coffee.
300 is actually three courses:
* Brew and Craft is the most practical one and quite frankly covers stuff that really should be standard training (for example, that you shouldn't dispense brewed coffee before it finishes brewing). It starts off with two modules on coffee tasting then follows up with espresso, latte art, and brewing.
* Origin and Ethical Sourcing goes into detail on the history of coffee, the details of coffee farming, and the sourcing practices Starbucks follows
* Roast And Blend explains how roasting and blending work, with the primary focus being on the how Starbucks does it. Also includes fun tidbits like how frappe roast and Via are essentially the same thing, and the processes used in decaffeination.

I’m also pretty sure you can download and app and do the coffee courses. I’m just not sure what it’s called
