There’s a lot of confusion lately at my store with customers and partners. Do you have to have purchased one of the 4 refill options to get a refill of that or is it any drink you get a refill. For example can you get a pink drink and then get a refill of pike. Or does it have to be a pike(or the others) to earn a free refill.
Rewards member/staying in store is clear just that part we need help with.

You can buy any drink as the first drink to qualify! Like you said, it is just the refill drink that is limited.

Regardless of what drink you order first, you are eligible for refills of regular teas (hot or iced), regular coffees (hot or iced), or cold brew. Add-ons are extra, so you can't get like a Tea Lemonade for free lol
I used to have a regular who was a student at a local university, he would show up around late afternoon, get a latte or a caramel macchiato, and then would spend the evening getting refills of Royal English while he sat in the lobby and studied.
not eligible for drive thru customers of course. but yeah, no matter what drink they start with, they can get any refill if they stay in store

Lemonade can be included in the refill as of at least 6 months ago. Check your POS for confirmation.

Lemonade is extra. Just walked a green bean through it yesterday. Which, given the low cost & effort of lemonade, seems really silly to me

Then it was recently "fixed". It was a shocker back then when the Lemonade modifier to the Iced Tea Refill did not have a charge.
