As someone who used to obsess over calorie counting, this makes sense unfortunately. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know the person who ordered this, but it would make sense.

Definitely. When I was a freak about calorie counting though, I didn't know anything about nutrition.

Even back in my ed days I would have avoided this drink just for the syrup and whip and drizzle,,, I could still find better drinks that I imagine would taste better too π₯² but this is hilarious cuz it gives me the same energy as the ppl who order iced water w whipped cream

My husband is convinced that Carnation Instant breakfast is good with water instead of milk. So they could just be weird?
