my sm usually sends out a link for us to vote on but this quarter she didn’t and we haven’t heard anything about it. apparently another shift at my store said we aren’t doing it anymore because it hurts people feelings? is this a starbucks thing or a store thing if anyone knows. i feel like i should be more in the loop about this but it was on all the weekly updates lol

If your manager doesn't announce it, log into My Daily on an iPad. You should have a reminder for POQ nomination window

Like someone else said, its still in practice. My store just announced our POQ recently. My manager gives out these little papers that say at the top that u can choose someone and write down the reason for choosing.
