In the 2L pitcher, put: 1L heavy cream, 350mL vanilla and 600 mL 2%. You can measure out the vanilla and 2% in the cold foam pitcher. You’re supposed to whisk it afterwards, but our store hardly ever does.

My store conducted a complex blind experiment and then results show that whisking it makes no difference in the results, we did this but making 4 pitchers 2 whisked 2 not and did a blind tasting with and foaming and they show no difference, the only thing that messes it up is not using the right proportions.
Also side note but for the cube it’s a bottle of vanilla 3L heavy cream and 2L of 2%

Interesting, why do you think sometimes foam is so runny/separated even when made in the correct proportions? Bottom of the batch maybe? I do think that occasionally whisking can help. I seem to be finding that the bottom quarter of the pitcher foams the worst. I think it's due to separation of the product over time.

Whisks are too big for a proper stir. Using inclusion spoons (or straws when necessary) work better

in a 2 liter pitcher, 1L heavy cream, 350mL vanilla (measured in foam pitcher) and you can usually just fill it the rest (to the 2L line) of the way with 2% to get the correct measurement with that

The recipe has already been posted so I won’t repeat it but make sure that you agitate it (as the recipe calls it) aka just stir it a few times, especially if you are making it in the cubes. Partner at my store don’t mix it and then you get some bits that are just 2% so they don’t foam well AT ALL!
