Does ANYONE actually have vanilla?? (self.starbucksbaristas)

My store, and 2 other store near us, don’t have any vanilla. Did anybody get shipment? Because 2 of us didn’t, and 1 received like 1 box of water cups only, which is weird.
Also…. I came to find out one of the stores near me has been making whips with sf vanilla this whole time!!! For the last 2 months! I was shocked.

Lol we ran out of ice grande and venti cups in one day. We also were out of white mocha and açaí at the same time 🤷♀️ SB is such a joke sometime

The standard for whip when you have no vanilla is made with classic not sugar free vanilla. Sfv can cause issues with diabetics

Be careful with this though because I've heard from many people that classic can mess with a dog's stomach, so if you make it with classic, let people know that pup cups aren't available

Gonna be completely honest, I have no idea. I should've done more research before bringing it up, but I had heard it from several sources and I figured I'd let y'all know. I'll look into it when I get the chance.

I know that sfv can be pretty dangerous for pups, depending on the amount they have. But I’ve not seen anything in classic

I remember when I first started I was always told to never make whips with sf vanilla because some people could have a severe reaction. And I just took their word for it, but I never really understood why. Could you further explain?

Basically the artificial sugar used to make sfv doesn’t process correctly for some people. Also it’s harmful to dogs too
