the mocha cookie crumble doesn’t get mocha in the very bottom,, just whip and cookies. i just found this out but it’s in the recipe cards. even though they advertise it with the drizzle. caramel ribbon crunch gets drizzle with no crunches in the bottom layer. so they’re opposite !!

yesssss same, idk those are two that i’ve heard people do differently, with the coffee some people just do a different order with the creams and sugars 🤷‍♀️ and im sorry if you don’t mind me asking what about a medicine ball??
Sad_Artist8253 10 points 1y ago
I work at a corporate Starbucks but a grande medicine ball is just 2 pumps honey blend peach tranquility and jade citrus mint tea with half hot water and half steamed lemonade.
HamburgIar_ 2 points 1y ago
Also it never had peppermint as part of the recipe. Not sure where OP got that from.
MyAdoptedDoge124 [OP] 3 points 1y ago
ahh yes, for a grande medicine ball
- 4 honey pumps/packets
- one jade citrus mint, one peach tranquility
- duel wield 2 steaming pitches one with hot water and the other steamed lemonade and pour simultaneously
- no peppermint bc that is nasty

its 1122 for honey blend in medicine balls, also i just add water to the steaming pitcher so i only have to pour once
beeilluminati 1 points 1y ago
how would you order this on the app? or if in person? cause i feel like asking to do half hot water and half steamed lemonade sounds complicated 😅
natalie_____ 1 points 1y ago
does it normally get peppermint??? and what’s dual wielding 😨😨 im sorry lol i never went through any formal training with starbucks

How would you make the hot espresso drinks iced? Like a latte, mocha, cappuccino, macchiato, americano, mocha, flat white - if possible. Would you still use steamed milk? Could you also specify where I stop at the certain drink lines?

I got hired last week, started my first official shift yesterday and I feel like I have so many questions because I still don’t have everything completely memorized ):
MyAdoptedDoge124 [OP] 2 points 1y ago
don’t worry it definitely takes time to learn everything, but it will click eventually. there’s also a lot of guides and cheat sheets to help learn how to make drinks, the one i’m linking is pretty good. also you should have recipe cards at your store to help too.

How long have you been working at Starbucks? How long did it take for you personally to memorize the measurements / get really confident at making drinks?
MyAdoptedDoge124 [OP] 1 points 1y ago
i started last november, and i pretty much had it down by the end of december
naiyama 1 points 1y ago
Thank you so much for linking that guide! I’m studying over it and taking notes 😅 I asked about the recipe cards today and found them! But I never got the chance to really get a good look through it throughout the day bc of how busy it would get or I would be rotated on different positions.
