Contracts have not been negotiated yet for the Starbucks union, so no changes have been made. Nothing has been changed with wages, benefits, hours, or etc.
The only possible answers you could get would be from people who work at licensed stores that have unions, so Kroger, Publix I think, and some airport locations. That information would not be entirely accurate as pay comes from the parent company, not starbucks

**Benefits of other unions in the US**. In the United States, union workers earn 43% more in total compensation than non-union. (Example: Union $1430, non-union $1000). This comes from both raised wages and benefits. This proves unions are successful and on average benefit the worker and outweigh any cost or risk. An union at Starbucks would also likely demand stable hours.
**Experience with Starbucks unions**. Over 50 stores have been successfully unionized in just a few months. But all of them are in the "just getting started out" phase and didn't start trying to improve working conditions yet. So nobody will be able to explain any pros and cons from their experience yet.
