The police called and need some of our security footage. My store manager is on vacation and the sm watching us isn’t here. I can’t find anything on partner hub. How do I get the footage? Do I call the DM? I’m sorry idk if this is the place for this I just have no idea what to do.

idk about the states but in canada, there's no in store access to security footage. you'd have to call prc

Call your DM. This is a SM situation that needs to be dealt with. In the US there are QR bar codes that they can scan that will lead them to a link to “request for security cam footage”. Ours are in our BOH computer tower and one at the safe. Either way the DM or the SM in charge should be the ones to handle it.
