So I’ve been working here 2 months and recently had my sm leave for vacation. Another partner stepped in for the week. Tomorrow is her last day but I’m off so today she told me how hard working I am and how great of a job I am doing for only being here 2 months. It genuinely made me tear up bc I’m going through a lot rn and hearing someone say that meant a lot. I told them thank you, but when they left they said to text if we needed anything. Would it be weird to send a text saying how much I appreciated it? I really overthink things so it might sound silly but I really don’t know if that’s weird or not haha.
